About The Baltimore Broomball Club

When / Where: We do our best to organize broomball events in the Baltimore / DC metro area at different rinks, places, and times. Most of this depends on ice availability and cost.

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at our meetups about 15-20 minutes ahead of time to suit up and take the ice on time.

Social: We'll post meetups for local watering holes to hang out pre-game or post-game.

Cost: This will depend on the rink, time, place, and number or participants. We will post this for different meetups. We usually have the following options:

• Season Pack
  You pay a flat fee for an entire session of broomball (6-8 weeks) which will be a lower cost then per session
  
• PICK-UP per session
  You pay your money when you arrive for any time we are arranging pickup play. If you're going to do this on a regular basis ( > 5 sessions) then you should look into a season pack.
  
• League play
  You want to field a team of players to take the ice in one of our leagues.

• We recommend

* We have a limited number of sticks and helmets as loaners for an evening. If you keep playing on a regular basis we appreciate you having your own helmet and stick.

** We will allow people to try broomball without broomball shoes but if you want to keep playing we require broomball shoes for your safety and more controlled game play.
