THIS IS AN RSVP FOR THE FALL SESSION I – THERE IS NO GAME ON THIS NIGHT
Games start Thursday, September 3.

You are RSVPing to have a spot in the Fall Session. There are no pick-up spots. You either play for the full session, or don't play (but who would not want to play :) ). There will either be 4 teams or 6 teams.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- The first 52 people to RSVP AND PAY are guaranteed a spot in Fall Session I.
- People can continue to RSVP on the waiting list (this group should not pay yet). If we get to 66 people we will then create 6 teams.
- We will cap Fall Session I at 78 people, or 6 teams of 13. Registration will close on August 14
- If you would like to be a captain please let me know. We will set up a draft date once registration closes on August 14.

As always we are in need of goalies, especially if we get to 6 teams. Please be on the look out for goalies and let me know if there is anyone you think we can recruit! If you would like to play in goal please note that in your RSVP comments.

Fall Session I is $110/player if payed by check ($114 if payed by credit card through Meetup.com) and will consist of 6 games + playoffs (1 game guaranteed, up to 2 if 4 teams, up to 3 if 6 teams).

We provide brooms and helmet. You must have you own knee pads & elbow pads. Broomball shoes are also required. You can purchase your own or take advantage of the new BBC rental program. A "shoe rental" email will be sent shortly with more. Shin guards and gloves are highly recommended. People who don't have jerseys yet - you will get a separate email on that subject.

There is a Sunday playoff game so please note the schedule below and mark your calendars now.

Hello Broom Ball Players, Family, and Friends,

The First Annual BBC Summer Picnic is only a few weeks away! This is going to be a fun and memorable event for all who attend. The following information below will detail everything you need to know:
1. Please RSVP as soon as possible on meetup.com. This will help during registration.
2. The price of the event is $10.00 a head for those that are 21 years old and over. Please pay with cash only at
the registration table as soon as you enter the event.
3. This is a PYOC (pack your own cooler) party.
4. Bring your own blankets, chairs, bug spray, and sunscreen.
5. Whatever trash you bring in to the park must be brought out by you!
6. Our club sponsor beer, South Hampton, will be available for consumption.
7. There will be games. Relay races will be held for children and adults. Adults can also have fun playing kick ball
or volleyball. Sign up sheets for all races and games can be found at the registration table. Most events do not
have a player limit (such as the relay races), but those games that do (volleyball and kickball) will be based on
first come first serve.
8. If anyone were willing to offer help during the day of the event for the following positions it would be greatly
appreciated. If you have questions in regards to responsibilities please contact me:
• A registration assistant (1:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.)
• Two team leaders for Kickball
• Two team leaders for Volleyball

Come one come all to Summer Broomball Fun!

The rink will be hosting pick-up sessions every Saturday from 6:15pm to 7:45pm starting on June 13th running through August 1. The cost is $12 per player and should be paid to the rink upon entry into the lobby.

We will also put a few drills/clinics together during these sessions for a portion of the time. More info to come on that.

So RSVP away and hone up on skills through the summer or come join us for the first time!
