Hello Members and Guests,

The 1st Annual BBC Picnic is only a few days away! I am very excited about the event and hope that everyone is looking forward to good friends, good foods, and good times.
There are a few updates that you need to be aware of and a few aspects of the picnic that need some clarification. First, the picnic time is changing from 2 p.m. to 1 p.m. The change has been made to accommodate those picnic goers that wish to attend the summers last pick up game.
Second, this is a PYOC (pack your own cooler) party. This means pack your own food for the picnic. Water will be available, but any other beverages you would like are welcome.
Remember that South Hampton breweries, our club sponsor beer, will be available!
In the picnic table area there is a small grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid will be provided for you. You are also welcome to bring your own small grill or camping stove to use if you would like.
As well, please remember that all the trash we bring in must be brought out by us. There are picnic tables, but camping chairs may be a good idea.
There will be music and games, but fill free to bring a lawn game.
Please remember this event is $10 a person for those over the age of 21, cash or checks excepted.
